'MyWorkspace'
A customer service solution for front-line employees
A multinational bank wanted to transform the experience of its staff dealing with customers’ queries. The goal was to replace a range of over 40 disparate legacy applications with a single, efficient and easy to use solution. Collaborating with end-users from discovery to delivery, we created concepts and refined our designs to deliver an MVP.

'4-Flight'
A critical system for DSNA, France's primary Air Navigation Services Provider
DSNA had selected an 'of-the-shelf' air traffic management system from an industrial provider. In order to refine the overall product design, we ran collaborative workshops with our end-users - Air Traffic Controllers (ATCOs) managing en-route traffic. With a multidisciplinary team, we defined which tools were the most relevant and shaped new ways of working for the controllers. We worked closely with them to iterate and make this supervision tool more usable and efficient. We tested it on a real-time simulator until operational acceptance.

'Track Payments'
An end-to-end payment tracker for corporate customers
We evolved an MVP tracker into a final product aligned with its overarching banking solution. We integrated hundreds of technical SWIFT statuses and mapped them into a set of usable ones. I supported the product owner by working with the legal & compliance and the commercialisation teams, as well as with copywriters and BAs. The bank was one of the first to enable end-to-end tracking on cross-border payments.
